Deye BOS-G 5.12kWh HV Battery Module
The Deye BOS-G 5.12kWh Battery is a LiFePO₄ battery module designed for Deye BOS-G high-voltage energy storage systems. Each module provides 5.12kWh of energy, a nominal voltage of 51.2V, and a capacity of 100Ah.
The BOS-G system uses multiple battery modules connected in series. Therefore, installers can configure the system for larger commercial and industrial energy storage requirements. Deye supports configurations from 3 to 12 BOS-G modules, providing total system capacities from 15.36kWh up to 61.44kWh.
Deye BOS-G 5.12kWh Battery Technology
The Deye BOS-G 5.12kWh Battery uses Lithium Iron Phosphate, also known as LiFePO₄ or LFP. This battery chemistry provides a reliable foundation for stationary solar energy storage.
In addition, Deye specifies a cycle life of 6,000 cycles or more under its stated testing conditions. The module also operates across a discharge temperature range of -20°C to 55°C.
The battery includes communication through CAN 2.0 and RS485. As a result, the battery system can exchange operating information with compatible system equipment.
Modular High-Voltage Energy Storage
A single BOS-G module provides 5.12kWh. However, the module forms part of a larger high-voltage battery system rather than operating as a standalone portable battery.
For example, a system using 12 modules provides 61.44kWh of nominal energy and a nominal system voltage of 614.4V. This modular design makes the BOS-G suitable for scalable energy storage projects.
Furthermore, the rack-mounted design provides an organised installation for multiple battery modules.
