SA Solar Experts Exchange & Collection Policy

At SA Solar Experts, we provide a wide range of premium solar products, including but not limited to Deye, Sunsynk, and Toplink inverters and batteries. To maintain our warehouse pricing and stock availability, we operate under a strict exchange-only policy.

1. No Refund Policy (Exchanges Only)

  • Exchanges Only: SA Solar Experts does not offer cash or credit refunds.

  • Options: We offer exchanges on the specific product in question or on other items currently available in our on-hand stock.

2. 7-Day Exchange Window

  • Deadline: All exchange requests must be made, and the package must be returned to our warehouse, within 7 days of the collection date.

3. Condition of Items

  • Original Packaging: All products must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

  • Unused: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Completeness: The return must include all original manuals, cables, and accessories included with the product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show any signs of installation or use.

  • Products with missing serial numbers or barcodes.

  • Customized solar solutions specifically configured for a project.

5. Order Collection & Pick-up Point

  • No Delivery Service: Please note that SA Solar Experts does not offer a delivery service at this time.

  • Warehouse Address: 📍 160 Main China Multiplex, Shop No: 58, Crown Mines, Johannesburg.

  • Hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00.

  • Requirement: Please bring your Order Confirmation email and a valid ID for all collections and exchanges.

6. Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Contact our support team or visit our Crown Mines warehouse.

  • Step 2: Our technical team will inspect the item to verify the “Original Packaging” and “Unused” status.

  • Step 3: Once approved, you may select a replacement product from our available stock.
