Delivery and Collection Policy – Solar Experts (Pty) Ltd

At Solar Experts (Pty) Ltd, we pride ourselves on providing a seamless customer experience. Please carefully read our updated policy regarding order fulfilment:

1. Shop Collection Only

All orders placed with Solar Experts (Pty) Ltd are strictly for collection from our premises.
We do not offer any delivery or shipping services.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own collection once their order is ready.

2. Responsibility and Risk

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer immediately upon collection of the goods.
Solar Experts (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft once goods have left our premises.

3. Completed Orders

An order is considered completed when the customer, or a courier appointed by the customer, collects the goods directly from our store.

4. Limitation of Liability

Solar Experts (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for:

• Damage, theft, or loss after goods have been collected;

• Any negligence, mishandling, or accidents that occur during or after collection;

• Acts of nature (force majeure) affecting goods after collection.

5. Packaging for Fragile Items

Products such as solar panels and other delicate equipment require careful handling.
Additional protective packaging can be provided on request, and any associated costs will be communicated clearly prior to collection.

6. Collection Timeframe

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
Please collect your order within 7 working days of notification to avoid storage fees or potential cancellation.

7. Customer Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

• Accurate contact information is provided at the time of ordering;

• Proper arrangements are made for the collection;

• The person collecting the goods is authorised to do so.

8. National Scope

While we serve customers across South Africa, all collections must be made directly from our store location.
No deliveries will be arranged by Solar Experts (Pty) Ltd under any circumstances.
